128 by 28

hi there. this is a weight loss oriented blog. my goal is to be 128lbs by my 28th birthday. i am losing in a healthy way involving diet and exercise. nothing too extreme.

to reach my goal i need a net loss of 3 pounds a week, which i have been averaging since i began dieting in july 2011 and hope to keep up.

if i can meet my goal weights by the date i will do something nice for myself as a treat, otherwise just getting there eventually will be just fine :D
